We provide a 30-day free replacement policy for our jewelry in the event of a flaw or a broken piece. After that we offer 50% off of same item (in original shape) replacement for up a year after sale.

Please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your replacements. You will receive an email notification once your replacement is processed.

Returns by mail:

1. Fill out on a piece of paper the reason for the replacement request.

2. Include the information from the order.

   1. Ex: Name, Email, Phone, Address, Items Ordered, Date, and how you paid.

3. Place the merchandise and your note in the package package.

4. Check and make sure you included daytime phone number and email address.

5. Send the package to the address below.
